  • Can I use my own domain name?

    Yes, on the Standard and Pro plans you can use your own subdomain e.g. www.example.com or blog.example.com. If you're not familiar with making DNS changes we can help you set it up.

  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Once your free trial has ended you will be billed monthly upfront. You can cancel anytime and continue to use your subscription until it ends.

  • Can I customise my website?

    Yes, DropPages generates static websites so you can use any custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

  • How is bandwidth calculated?

    Bandwidth is calculated over a rolling 30 day period. If the total bandwidth consumed across all sites for an account exceeds the limit for the plan, then the sites are blocked. Sites are unblocked if an account is upgraded, or the bandwidth consumed over a 30 day period falls below the limit again.
